François Bouthillette
François Bouthillette ( 1982 - …. ) Né à St Hyacinthe, il s’est tout d’abord intéressé à la peinture par le biais de l’histoire. Il commença à peindre à 19 ans, alors qu’il était étudiant en lettres au Cégep de St Hyacinthe et continua d’y travailler jusqu'à aujourd’hui. Désormais historien d’art, diplomé de l’Université Laval, il approche la peinture sans aucune prétention, dans un souci essentiellement décoratif, redonnant à la couleur son rôle premier ‘’ D’être couleur’’
François Bouthillette (1982 - ....) Born in St Hyacinthe, he was first of all interested in painting through history. He began painting at 19 years old, when he was studying literature at the High School of St Hyacinthe and continued to work his way until today. Now an art historian, graduate of the Laval Université in Québec city, he approaches painting unpretentiously and essentially decorative concern, giving back to color to his first role '' be color''
