Norman Leibovitch
Contemporain et ami de Louis Muhlstock, Moe Reinblatt et Sam Borenstein, Leibovitch a étudié aux USA, Paris, au Mexique et Israel. À son retour à Montréal, il expose à la Galerie de l'art Français des paysages puissants et expressifs pleins de vivacité. Puis, il expérimente différents sujets de manière plus ou moins abstraite. En 1962, il expose à Toronto et à Montréal: ses toiles obtiennent un grand succès auprés de la critique et du public. Il peint jusqu'à sa mort en 2002.
Contemporary and friend of Louis Muhlstock, Moe Reinblatt and Sam Borenstein, Leibovitch studied in the USA, Paris, Mexico and Israel. On his return to Montreal, he exhibited at gallery l'art Français presenting powerful landscapes expressive and full of life . Then, he experimented with different subjects in more or less abstract way. In 1962, he exhibited in Toronto and Montreal: his paintings were a great success for criticism and public. He painted until his death in 2002.
